Our mold making factory is fully equipped to manufacture custom plastic molds and machined steel parts in-house, 90% of our injection molds are exported to European and north America, we are familiar with HASCO and DME standard after many years' focus on export market. Averagely we can supply 25 sets of molds per month, lead time is around 25-35 days depends on the complexity of mold structure, mould bases supplies by LKM, mold steel and heat treatment with certificates apply to customers' specification
We have mature 3D forming process simulation and analysis, comprehensive analysis allows our engineers to select the best cavity number technology solution. We have the ability to provide all solutions for the cable tie mold, and strictly control the size, weight and tension test of the cable tie
The most common type of steel used to tie the die is GE12MVO steel. Usually after the quenching treatment of heat treatment, the common hardness is HRC52-55. The mold can be produced more than 3 million times
How We Ensure Plastic Parts Quality
1. Raw material
We use only PA66 verified resin suppliers, each bag of the new resin must be traceable and identified, during sampling process, we provide also samples for customers' approval.
2. Confirm the key measurements, appearance, function ,assembly, test method and other inspection requirements of the plastic parts with the customer for quality control in the sampling process, establish the acceptance standards with our customers for mass production, During production, the operator and quality inspector implement the inspection according to the standard to ensure product quality is well controlled.
3. Ensure the injection molding machine and the mold is in good condition. Before launching up the mold, check whether the mechanisms and the core and cavity surface of the mold are in good condition.
4. Before starting the injection machine, the operator must be ensured of good understanding of machine operation, processing, packaging requirements, each batch of production must follow approved and consistency standards.
