3D design analysis of plastic tray

When we receive the customer's sample, we will analyze its shortcomings and possible problems in the process of processing while designing it. For example, the slope of demoulding, strength, plastic filling, deformation, wall thickness, skin grain and so on are analyzed. These discussions are followed by a mold flow analysis, and if any problems arise, we immediately contact the customer to provide solutions or suggestions.
All relevant personnel will participate in the new mold design technical meeting. At the meeting, we will present all the technical points, such as: the steel used for the mold parts, the basic structure of the mold, the plastic material and its melt index, the special requirements of the customer, the parameters of the injection molding machine, the processing steps of the parts and so on.
