High Precision Axial Fans Blades Injection Plastic Mould for CPU Cooler Fan
The key point of fan mold injection is to select the gate of the turning part, which must ensure the same plastic filling pressure and the same pouring distance in the mold cavity. We use high-precision five axis CNC milling to ensure the quality of the mold.
At the same time, we must be clear whether the temperature at different positions of the mold will affect the melting degree of the plastic. If the plastic melts unevenly, the gravity of the wind blade will be different, and it will make a noisy sound when it rotates.
Secondly, the injection mold of fan blade must have high-precision centering position of fan and outer frame. We provide a special solution for the centering position to ensure the stability of the plastic fan operation.
